International Foundation of Technology and Investment (IFTI)

IFTI is a non-governmental organization that facilitates cooperation between Russian scientists and the global scientific and business communities, which includes identifying the most innovative technologies developed by Russian scientists and promoting these technologies to international companies.
Together, Starboard Ventures and IFTI offer management, market intelligence and reduced risk to emerging-market technology companies and their sponsors.
Sparsix, an early-stage US-Russia technology firm, is managed by members of the Starboard Ventures team.
American Business Association of Russian Professionals (AmBAR)
AmBAR is a non-profit business association of entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, engineers, lawyers and other professionals with headquarters in Silicon Valley, California. Started as an organization of expatriates from Russia, Ukraine and other former Soviet Union countries that were involved in technology businesses in the United States, AmBar has grown into a large network of more than 1,800 business professionals in which innovators and entrepreneurs of all origins can exchange ideas and business contacts.
